Gun Possession
I have a prior, 3 months time serve and a year probation, now in court with an unloaded gun with some amunation, will i be able to receine no jail time?

That's up to the judge and jury, or to the prosecutor in a plea bargain. Sounds like you need counsel. Unless you know how to effectively represent yourself in court, hire an attorney who does. If this is in SoCAL, and you�re serious about hiring counsel, feel free to contact me.
