Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My other half was arrested for a fight we were in i was verbally bulling him for a couple days till he couldnt take it no more and hit my back of head he has never hit me in the year plus relatiinship i told them i was not injured and no indo not want to further this he was booked in under 243(e)1pc bat spouse ex a misdemeanor and i couldnt find him at court today and no one has info on him just that hes in jail and has been for over 48 hours . do we need a lawyer how xan i help him

No amount of hints to you is going to be of any actual help to him. As you can understand, these are serious charges with substantial 'time' if convicted. Of course you need to hire a lawyer to protect his rights and defend against him going to jail, and even to find him in the system if you haven't so far. Do so if you intend to, before he gets taken to court on his own. If serious, contact me at 714 960-7584.
