Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Does this harassment from an Ex support a protection order?

My ex-wife has been harassing my current family and me. She has sent threatening e-mails on numerous occasions, threatening visitation with my first child, and threatening to call my employer. She has called my health insurance and changed my mailing address to hers. In addition, she has called my youngest childs (not hers) daycare pretending to be my wife to get personnel financial information on me and my wife. Is this ground for either me or my current wife to get a harassment protection order? We have shared legal custody; she has primary physical or one minor child.

File a police report on the threats. Seek a restraining order, and/or a contempt citation in the dissolution if there was a restraining order there.
