how harsh of sentence

As a 16 time drug convicted felon with 6 prison priors on felony formal probation, how serious is a charge of corporal injury on spouse?

I've represented you before, haven't I? Are you still a fugitive? The answer is that corporal injury on a spouse is serious for anybody, and as a 16 time convicted felon I inagine they will want to find a reason to throw away the key. I think the charge is a 2/3/4, max is 4 years without weapons or priors enhancements.

Serious enough to put you back in prison on the probation violation, and on the original sentence you are on probation for, and on the new felony charges. With the enhancements of priors and possibly weapons, you're looking at a lot of years. Get an attorney. Feel free to contact me if you want private counsel on this.
