Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Hello,
My boyfriend has a bench warrant in California, however we want to get married in Las Vegas in the next month or so. Would it be possible for him to be arrested due to the warrant if we applied for a marriage license in Nevada?

Possible, but not likely. However, he would face arrest whenever he comes in contact with any law enforcement, such as getting a traffic ticket, checking in at airports, crossing the border, etc. He need to 'handle' the warrant properly by going to court. If it is in SoCal courts, and if he is serious about getting legal counsel to represent him, feel free to contact me.
