Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Hello,
My girlfriend moved into my 7 months ago, and since that time our relationship has become extremely volatile as well as physical. I want her to move out, and am afraid she will detroy my property or cause an incident in the process. What legal advice would you give to handle this situation?

You move out. Then have the utilities cut off. She'll get the message, and the possible loss or damage to your property will be worth your not catching a bogus domestic violence bust.

To have chosen a better girlfriend, and to not have shacked up to start with. Have witnesses present when you demand she leave, and witnesses at every contact you have with her. Call the police if necessary.
