Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Heroin possession and DUI
Mine is a two-part question. What is the least amount of heroin to warrant a charge of possession? Does a charge of possession of a small amount along with getting a DUI exclude one from going to drug court or being eligible for Prop. 36?
