Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Hidden Cameras at Work
Yesterday my wife informed me that a co-worker at her work was arrested because they found he had placed hidden cameras in the restrooms.
What kind of action, if any, can be taken against the company in cases like this?

Did the company do it? You said an employee did. The law punishes the guilty, not the deep pocket innocent. Sue the employee. If the company knew and permitted it, they would be liable.
