Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i was in a hotel room cared for by another person perparing for a medical percedure on the day of the arrest. i am not clear about all that happened since i was heavely medicated with percibed medication. my car was parked down stairs. my caretaker was loading up the truck when he was approched by 4 policeman. two of them came upstairs to get permission to search the inside of the truck. this is a company truck. they found a bag with ---i was arrested and charged and they allowed the caretaker to drive my car from the hotel room. was this legal? the bag did not belong to me and i was not in the car i was in the hotel room medicated and was not in possassion of any illegal drug. please help

My opinion whether is it 'legal' or not, is of no value to you. If you're facing criminal charges, the only opinion that matters is from an attorney you hire to defend you properly. He will have to use whatever facts, evidence and law is available. If there are evidence suppression motions appropriate, he can file them. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting counsel.
