I have a new hs11379 charge. i have 3 priors over 12 years ago for 11378. never done prop 36. am i eligible?

No. It's available only to first or second time simple possession defendants.

If the 11379 is for transportation for personal use, your attorney may work something out to get you in. If the 11379 is for sales, the priory add 3 years each, so you're looking at a substantial sentence possibily. Time for a good local criminal defense attorney.
