Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my husband is being acused of being the driver of a car that was wrecked..which his cousin was the real driver but will not tell he was because he already has 3 dui's...he is letting my husband take the blame ..there is people who know the truth ..the owner of the car knows ..the family of the real driver know can these people be prosecuted for not telling the truth?
