Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Husband Arrested
My husband was arrested on 4 counts of touching an intimate part of another person. He details peoples cars and I keep hearing story after story about how he flashed women, groped them, cornered them and showed them his private parts ect. He is saying that he will probably get off of the four charges but I was wondering if any of the women that I spoke to can testify or talk to the prosecutors to add more charges? His parents are trying to pay these women to drop the charges and the police dept want him to register as a sex offender but he refuses. This has been going on for years and I have since filed for divorce. We have 2 children and he has turned them on me now. He states that I am the reason the family is broken up and he told me he will enilate me financailly. I need him to pay for what he has done and move on. Any advice?
