Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My husband and I live in Ca. and he has a fugitive warrant for him out of ut for forgeting to tell his po that he moved cause we got kicked out. what do we do because they want to take him back to ut but he takes care of me and our son? How can we stop him from going back?

If he has been taken into custody here on the warrant, his option is to hire counsel here in CA to fight extradition, and hire counsel in the other state to do the same by seeking to have the warrant recalled, and the court's issues with him resolved. That may not be possible without him being present in court there, because he probably faces felony charges where appearance is mandatory, and faces possible 'time' on the warrant and probation violation.
