Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My husbands temporary parole officer vilated him for coming home 15 minutes after his curfew. His regular PO wont be back until Aug 2. He has been on Parole 19 months and never been in trouble during parole, in fact his permanent parole officer tells my husband he's been doing really well on parole. We have had 2 random parole sweeps and had no problems, he's worked off and on and his check stubs are in his file and he is a fulltime auto tech student and has not missed a single day of class. What is the parole revocation process and what are the chance he will get COP (continue on parole)

Any answer would be pure speculation. Any guarantee of success would be a lie. His attorney will have to get and deal with all the facts and issues, present the best case possible to the PO and court to try to keep him out of jail and continue probation. If serious about hiring counsel for this, feel free to contact me.
