Iam being charged with felony penal code 487 (a) felony welfare & institutions code 14107(b) (1) in la county violation date on both is 11-20-10 I have a prior conviction for. Felony penal code 368 (e) violation date 10-1-10. Sentenced 2014 2 yrs county jail . can these new charges be dismissed by right to speedy trail motion or by the prosecutor not filing all related charges at the same time the new file date on new charges is march 2 2017

It is possible for the prosecutor to have as much as 7 years to file felony charges. The detailed facts will determine that outcome.

It appears though that your question should be, are these charges barred by statute of limitations, as you indicated they are 'new' charges from a different incident than the one you were convicted on.
