Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My name is Ian and about 10 days ago I was assaulted and robbed. Since I am in the Navy, NCIS is working on it but the San Diego police department is working on it also. I was called today by the working detective and was told that if I gave consent they would do a polygraph on me because the information that I gave them was a little fuzzy. Is that particularly legal and is it alright to not give consent?

It is unusual for a victim to take a polygraph, did you know the assailant? Contact me directly.
