Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Is it illegal to go call up institutions (such as schools, churches, or even the police) to keep a person away from you (by claiming that they have an obsessive mental disorder and are dangerous), when you know that your claim is false and that you are only doing it to avoid having to be responsible and talking with this person about the matter (who is, before this decision, completely unaware that there was a problem to begin with, due to severe lack of communication, from said caller's side)?
