Being given an illegal drug without your knowledge
can someone be sued for giving you a drug with out your knowldege if it was another juvenile at a school and it was proven by a drug test and eyewitness.

Sure, but what do you expect to be able recover from a juvenile that would justify spending the money needed to sue?
