illegal search and seisure
Is having an exposed copy of your valid and expired drivers licence on floorboard of car a valid reason for police to search car against owners
request ?

The license in itself gives no probable cause as far as I can tell. Get a good lawyer to defend you, if indeed you are facing a criminal case.
