Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I had illegal sex with a 49 year old man when I was 17 how would I go about suing him. He enticed me with drugs, alcohol, money and vacations. I have proof of him flying me out of state which is also illegal. What kind of charges can I press? Her robbed me of my innocence

Suing him is a civil question and you will have to repost for a civil attorney to get help. As far as criminal charges we need to know how many years ago did this happen?
If you can prove sexual abuse while you were a minor, you theoretically have until your 26th birthday to file civil suit for that. For simple assault and battery you would have two years from the incident to bring a suit. You can always make a police report of the crime and see if they will arrest and charge him.
