Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
if im out on o.r. and was incarcerated because the judge believed that i forged signatures on my N.A. card and beat the case do i have a case?

A Case?? If you mean, can you sue somebody because the charges weren't proven and you weren't convicted, the answer is NO. Consider yourself lucky to 'beat' the charges.
