Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was incarcerated for a period of 2 years (state prison), my question is how do I go about getting an expungement, or at least a reduction or a rewording of the charge..having this felony on my record is preventing me of obtaining and retaining employment

You don't. Prison time bars you from expungement.

You can't expunge a felony unless it was a wobbler. You don't sound like you got a wobbler.
