Can you petition to have a sentence that is indeterminate changed to determinate in California? And if so is it likely to be granted and for what reasons?

Re: Indeterminate sentencing

Possibly, depending upon the facts and circumstances. The courts have discretion to make changes when appropriate. It would be done by a motion and application to the court. If interested, contact me to discuss the facts and costs of doing so.
