What can i do? i being issued 2 bench warrants for my arrest for ( fta) the police is looking for me to put me back to jail for fta - bench order unlawfuly - because its not my fault be to issued warrants for a wrong court date from the one the courts calender had for me two days before the one given to me from deputy probation officer after waiving courts date for appearance for a follow up , because probation officer wasnt going to be on the office for the fooling coming week after the first interview schedule by court to show to the probation department from santa barbara county special program unit - probation officer office as court order for interview and appointed to a drug program from p.o department assign process . and the new date he gave me and schedule to appear to court - had to be email to d.a district attorney from santa barbara district attorneys department and also to my public defender from the santa barbara county office of the public defenders - to let both know of the new court date waive to the following date schedule for not at the office - leave notice , and okay to reschedule courts date for a follow up appearance . i guest both firms never got the emails and issued a different court date - a two days before the one given to me by the deputy probation officer from the special program unit of the santa barbara county probation departments office officer - what can i do after today stress and to the point of filling depress for the whole bw issued bench warrant for my arrest fta officer following and looking and searching at family members homes and friends and local building etc. i'am so afraid or being arrested and put to jail unlawfully and unreasonable cause from a wrong and not my fault reason , before a get help to fix these process of bench warrant process and get prosecuted for this problem.

pleading innocence and seeking sympathy is diverting you from proper focus. Deal with the warrant before being taken away in cuffs involuntarily. You'll get to use your facts later, defending the charges once you are in court.

The only way to handle a warrant is, you must turn yourself in to the issuing court, with or without an attorney. Since you have a public defender, go to his office and have him assist you in the 'turn in', then follow his legal advice.
