Go back to the court and make an inquiry about the case and to find out if it is open and pending or not. DA can sometime decide not to pursue the case. You should not take a chance and go to Clerk's office in the court and then make sure if you have a hearing or not. If your case is open and you don't show up at the next hearing, you will be in trouble again for not showing up (warrant, increased bail, etc.). Once you have made sure whether the case is open or not, take the next appropriate step.
