Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Can I go to jail or be fined in any way for calling my boss a dick?

You have asked this question a few weeks ago. The answer is the same today as it was then: Insulting your boss would almost certainly not be a crime. That means you could not face criminal penalties, including being jailed or fined.
But it almost certainly would be grounds for discipline by your employer. You could be fired for it. Your company might also impose other penalties, like suspending you, demoting you, or reducing your hours. If you have a contract which allows the company to impose financial penalties, it might choose to do that instead of (or in addition to) other forms of discipline. That would not be a "fine" in terms of criminal law. But in ordinary conversation, people sometimes use the word "fine" to describe such penalties. Your question asks if you could be fined "in any way". So in that sense of the word, it is possible that you could be fined.
No, but you sure can be fired for misconduct and denied unemployment benefits.
