If paying the money was a condition of the sentence and you fail to pay the money you have violated your probation and if you have an execution of sentence suspended probation you can be sentenced up to the maximum penalty for the offense.

At the same time we don't have debtor's prison any more in this country. If you are trying to make payment and are truly unable to the court will probably give you more time.

You need to talk to your lawyer who is in a better position to tell you what to expect.

Failure to comply with all terms of probation could result in your return to jail on the original sentence due to 'probation violation'. Talk to your attorney and try to get additional time to pay from the court.
