How much jail time can be sentenced for a third strike in california after prop 36. All strikes were no violent. Drug and alcohol were involved

Conviction on third strike is 25-life, prison obviously, not jail. No need to look up anything. A strike is a strike. It doesn't matter what the facts, as long as it is a charge that counts as a strike.
