Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I already ask twice to the judge by an attorney for dismising a restraining order against my husband but the Judge maybe will do it after 6 months of domestic violence classes, we are married and we have a 4 year old daughter who need her dad, and he can't contact her. How can I removed the restraining order sooner?

A good attorney may be able to modify the order to a "No Negative Contact" order. Hire an attorney who regularly practices in the court where the case will be heard. Ultimately it is in the Judge's hands and if he chooses, he can require proof of completion of classes or whatever else he deems necessary for the safety of your daughter. Good luck!

You don't. The judge already told you what to expect and what to do. Do what he told you.

You may be able to ask the Court of Appeal to intervene, but that isn't likely to work. It would also cost a lot of money and take some time.

As Ms. Hofmeister and Mr. Nelson have said, this is not your decision. You may just have to accept that the answer is no and that you will have to wait until your husband has fully complied with the judge's orders.
