judgement collection from step-father 1,000,000.00 molestation

I was awarded a large judgement from a molestation suit by my step father who is still in prison in northern cal. and he is a retiered highway patrol officer. He has been in prison for 9 years and I want to try and get what I can out of him I think he has about 3-4 hundred thou. not including insurance. what can I do and is it good to try to make him an offer like 300,000 and I will sign off on the judgement? Any help would be great. his name is larry osbourn.

For starters, a judgment is only good for ten years, and must be renewed properly before that anniversary. Sounds like you should talk to experienced counsel soon about getting it renewed, and trying to collect on the judgment.
