Juvenile 242 battery
I am a 17yr. old, I was cited a 242 battery, injuries were minor to victim. My first offense ever, clean record, just started college. what is the worst penalty i can expect?

That charge is "punishable by a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment." So, if you want to discuss the facts, defenses, legal opinion, costs, etc. contact me.
