hey im 17 and my boyfriend is 21 we have a child and im pregnant a second time. i ranaway 2years and im back what are the possibilitites that he might get in trouble?????

If the police become involved he could be arrested and charged with unlawful sex. Depending on your age when the sexual relations began he could be sentenced to prison.

Congratulations, I think. Sounds like you are the one who has "gotten in trouble." I don't encourage people of any age to have babies in California. Too many damn social workers. Try moving to Nevada.
