juvenile marijunana possesion

my 17 year old so in going to a detainment hearing for possesion of maijuanana and violation of restraining order well he come home

It's hard to say. Because he is a juvenile, the detention hearing is the proceeding where the court will decide if he will be detained while his case is pending. Generally, the courts try the least restrictive means first and go to more restrictive if the prior didn't work. If was unsupervised at home while on probation when the new offenses occurred it is likely the court will move the next more restrictive option. Whether he comes home depends on many factors and there is no way of telling you one way or the other.
