Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
what goes on a juvenile record after completing a diversion program ?
I received a MIP alcohol about 8 years ago, 17 then 25 now. Currently I am in the process of trying to get a federal job and they do a thorough background and criminal check and i am kind of worried this is going to surface, I was not arrested only cited. I did complete the required diversion course. This was in San Diego California. Thanks

Cited means arrested, that's why you were in court. Seek to seal your record. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
