juvenile sex offender
i was 16years old in 1991 and was charge with a 664/187 and 664/261in the juvenile courts and was sent to cya. i was release on parole in 1996 and then in late 1998 i was told to register as a sex offender or go back to jail with only about a year left on parole i did register so i could receive a honorably discharge. which i did in 1999. now under section 1179 and 1172 of the welfare code able not to register as a sex offender? or is there any way i could be able to stop registering.

Possibly by motions to the court for relief of that penalty. No guarantees, but it can be tried, and depends upon the original facts and your life since then. Contact me if serious about pursuing it.
