Re: Juvenille offenders

Thank you for your question, and for the opportunity to both help and advise you further.

If you're talking about a home invasion robbery, without other charges, under PC 211, then the minimum is 3 years and the max is 6 years, assuming no priors. However, with juvenile cases, the court often takes into account any underlying problems (drugs, alcohol, etc.), and might suspend a sentence in exchange for rehab completion, CYA, or other alternate sentencing programs.

I hope this helps, but if you have additional information, have other questions, or would like legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. It's my pleasure to help you in any way that I can, and thanks again.

Re: Juvenille offenders

Depends upon whether charged as a juvenile or adult. Depends upon the statutory mandatory minimum jail sentences for the particular Penal Code section[s] charged [probably more than one count]. Depends upon the effectiveness of counsel with the facts and arguments in defense that can be made. Anywhere from minimal time to years in jail. Feel free to contact me if you're serious about getting counsel and defending it, and it's in SoCal.
