"how do I get DMV to..." anything?

Neither the court nor DMV websites refer to such law change, so I don't know what to say about it other than, as is typical, don't believe anything you hear on the normally ill-informed, agenda edited, lame-stream media. Reagan used to say 'trust but verify". Now it is 'distrust and confirm".

However, a suspension for FTA is normally 'cleared' only by going to the court that issued it, handling and clearing the original and the FTA charges, having the court to notify the DMV it is cleared, then you going to DMV to pay the various fees and costs to get it reissued.
