You may be able to expunge your conviction IF you were not sentenced to any prison time, and if it was not for certain sex offenses, and if you successfully completed all terms of probation, and if you have no charges pending against you. If successful, you'll be able to say 'no' to conviction on most private employment applications. If you think you qualify, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need in bringing the application and motion in court.
