Do I need a lawyer?
I need to have two misdemeanors erased from my record. They are ten and eleven years old.

An attorney can prepare the court motions and related paperwork and submit them to the court. Trying to get two convictions expunged will require disclosures and declarations to the courts, to try convince them to grant the expungement of two convictions, when the usual is only one. Your's are old enough that the courts may agree. Contact me if interested in pursuing this.
