Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I just learned I am the subject of a criminal case. Regarding my grandson. We don't know if it's child abuse or sexual in nature. A courtesy report was taken by the sheriff and forwarded to fresno of due to jurisdiction. That is all we know. My question is can I go down to the sheriff's office and obtain a copy of that original courtesy report?
