Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Is it legal to open carry or within a backpack a hard plastic (Polypropylene, Santoprene) training weapon (Sword, Dagger, Axe) in California while hiking and walking out of town? I my only intent is to practice in a isolated wilderness or town outskirts area.

Open firearm carry is now illegal in CA, thanks to CA anti-gun legislators and the governor.
Any form of concealment of a firearm on your person, in a case, bag, backpack, etc, makes it 'concealed carry' subject to having a CCW.
Other 'weapons' are subject to their own rules for carry, concealment, blade length, etc.
