Letter From Local Police Station
If I just received a letter from my local police station asking me to contact them regarding criminal activity involving my car, do i HAVE too contact them?

No. But you should consider having an attorney do so on your behalf. It could minimize the chances of criminal charges being filed against you. It is always better to find out the facts, rather than stick you head in the sand and hope for the best.
