Level f felony

My daughter was arrested 07/28/2007. And booked on a level f felony i was wondering what a level f severity is im in atlanta georgia and she is there in lynwood ca they are not giving me any info about the situation

Any felony carries a minimum one year in jail, there are no 'f levels' [?] , but there are different categories with different punishments, obviously. Get her an attorney if that is your intent, otherwise you'll have to wait to see the outcome. Feel free to contact me if you want to hire her counsel.
