Can my license be suspended for a MIP B P 25662(a)
We were camping at a state park in carlsbad ca and the state rangers came up on us because our fire was a little big saw beer ticketed me after a breath a lyser I am 18 . They had us pack up and leave the camp. I was not allowed to drive my vehicle.I would like to know if a license suspension is forth coming?

It can and probably will be sought by the prosecutor and DMV. You would be well advised to have an attorney defend you. Contact me if intertested.
