What is the likelihood of two misdemeanors, 245 (A)(1) PC- Assault with deadly weapon non firearm and 245 (A)(4)ADW with force: Possible FBI being expunged after three years of informal probation in California?

FBI does not expunge, courts do, upon proper Petition. However. expungement does NOT remove that record, it merely changes it to show expungement, which helps in obtaining private employment. You probably can get it expunged.
