Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I live in california, after being arrested twice for a warrant in another state (iowa) then being let go and NOT being extradited how do I then get the warrant they originally arrested me for dropped?

By going to that state and that court to deal with the warrant if it is valid, or correcting their record if it is not. Contact an attorney local to there and ask for advice.
