I live in orange county california. I had a felony for a drug offense 20 years ago. I serve 6 months in county jail and 3 months probation. The charge has been expunged. Can I get my gun rights back?

That was the purpose of the expungement you thought, but the federal and state law is that any felony conviction, whether expunged or not, permanently loses your 2ND AM rights.
