Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I live in San Diego County and I have a Bench Warrant issued for me. It is a felony no bail? I believe it is for not completing a program as ordered by court. If I show for court, will I be taken into custody that day?

Depends. If your attorney appears with you and is able to show your 'excuse' for ignoing the courts' orders, he may be able to convince the judge to re-order probation and program attendance, and the payment of some fines for your FTA. If the judge declines to do so, then yes, you are going to jail/prison on the original sentence that you had 'waived' for probation. Your only other option is to 'run and hide' for the rest of your life, fearing arrest and return to prison if caught. Now, if serious about hiring counsel to help you solve this problem, feel free to contact me.
If you were in San Bernardino County, I would say definitely.
