Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i live in san diego and my sister live in arizona my sister took my 12 year old daughter out of state without my consent and she got her school records send to arizona with out my consent .i told her to being my daughter back she but a block help home line and would not let me talk with her she went to court in arizon and got gaurdship of my daughter i was not aware i went to my daughter school in san diego my sister sign as gaudan before the judge point he with it and i went to arizona there to get her but the was such plobem i can prove that she lie

I assume there must be much more to this situation then you have mentioned. A court in Arizona would not approve guardianship without evidence of it having jurisdiction to decide the issue [that the child was legally in Arizona, that she wanted your sister as guardian, that you were not a fit mother, etc.]. It is not clear that you went to Arizona and what happened there. If your sister took the child from your home that would be kidnapping and yo could report the incident to the local police and try to get them to sort pat of the case out. I assume that you do not feel you an afford an attorney; yo need to see if you can find any local groups that offer assistance to mothers with similar problems.

Then hire an AZ attorney and a CA attorney to help you fight this. You need one in each state.
