Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

If someone lives with you that has a moblie pot dispensery that he has all the legal paper work for ....?

My husbands cousin is living with us for a couple months. He has a moblie dispensery and has all the legal paper work too run it and he keeps stuff for it locked in a safe in our garage... he also doesnt keep more then his licese legalally alows him to ,but i now he has a scale in there. we have nothing to do with it at all and we do not smoke... my question is in the state of california can me and my husband get in trouble if he get in trouble or they open the safe can they press charges agaisnt us even though we have nothing to do with it and is just providing a family member a place too live... I dont think what he is doing is wrong he has all the correct paper work no one come to our house to buy it or anything. But of course the fed think is wrong and i dont dont want to get in trouble. and we dont want to kick him out in less we are in dangor because he is our family

Legal? paperwork?

There is no such thing under federal law, which makes both possession and sale federal felonies with mandatory prison time, regardless of the PC fiction in CA of 'cards' and 'dispensaries'. You get busted for sales at your house, the house will be 'asset forfeited'.
